- US business hours. We work US business hours (Eastern Time) and reply within 24 hours.
- Always in the loop. A short update every week, a full report every 14 days, and you can message or call us any time.
- Your accounts stay yours. You own your Google Business Profile, website and every account. We work on them as managers and never hold them.
- Both founders on every account. Dr. Purva leads strategy; Suyash is your point of contact.
- One client per city, per niche. Once you sign, we won’t work for a competitor in your market.
- Plain terms. Billed in US dollars, month-to-month, 30 days’ written notice, and a written agreement after a call.

We are new. We started Klimbiq in 2026, and we don’t have a wall of case studies yet. We would rather say so than invent any. The example figures on our site are labeled as illustrations; they are not client results.
We don’t promise rankings. Nobody controls how Google or AI tools rank businesses. What we commit to is the work in your plan, a report every 14 days showing what moved, and one client per city per niche.
