By engaging Klimbiq's services or using this website, you agree to these terms. These terms govern the relationship between Klimbiq and its clients.
Klimbiq provides Local SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) services for US service businesses. Services are delivered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. A written service agreement is provided to each client before work begins.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Klimbiq reserves the right to pause services on accounts overdue by more than 14 days.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees apply. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable.
Klimbiq works with one client per city per niche. Once a client is onboarded in a specific city and service category, Klimbiq will not onboard a direct competitor in the same city during the engagement.
Klimbiq does not guarantee specific ranking positions, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. SEO and GEO results depend on factors outside Klimbiq's control including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and business category. All projected outcomes are estimates based on historical data and are not contractual guarantees.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to Google Business Profile, and prompt responses to our team's requests. Delays in client response may affect timeline and results.
Content, reports, and strategies produced by Klimbiq remain the property of the client upon full payment. Klimbiq retains the right to reference the engagement in case studies unless the client requests otherwise.
Klimbiq's liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for services in the 30 days preceding the dispute. Klimbiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if required.
