1. Who We Are
Klimbiq is a Local SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) agency serving US service businesses. We are operated by Dr. Purva Agarwal and Suyash Agarwal. Our contact email is hello@klimbiq.com.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit a form on our website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if provided)
- Your business name and website URL
- Any message or notes you include
We do not collect payment information directly. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics tools.
We do keep a simple count of visits to this website in our own system: the page viewed, the website that referred you (if any), and the time. If you arrived by clicking a link in an email we sent you, we also note that the visit came from that email. We may also note when an email from us is opened or a link in it is clicked. This uses no cookies, we do not store your IP address, and none of it is shared with third parties.
If you use our free AI check or AI source finder on this website, we receive the business name, trade and city you type. To stop misuse, we count how many checks each internet connection runs, using a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address (we never store the address itself); the code deletes itself 30 days after your first check. After two free checks we ask for your email address to unlock two more. It reaches us by email through Web3Forms, like our other forms, and we keep it for 12 months to follow up about your results.
Our other free tools (the Google Business Profile score, the business description checker, the tracking link builder, the review link and QR code generator, the star rating calculator, the review reply generator, the review request checker, the NAP consistency checker, and the schema and llms.txt generator) run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or anyone else. The AI crawler checker is the one exception: when you enter a website, our server fetches that site’s public robots.txt and llms.txt files once to check them, and we don’t store the address or the files.
Klimby, the site guide in the corner of each page, answers questions about Klimbiq right in your browser, from this website. Questions it can’t answer from the website are sent to our server and on to Anthropic’s Claude, which writes a short reply marked “AI answer”. For those we send only your question, the last few messages of the chat and the page you are on, and we don’t store them. To stop misuse, we count how many AI answers each internet connection gets in a day, using the same one-way scrambled code as the AI check, which deletes itself after two days. Klimby remembers your conversation only in this browser tab, and forgets it when you close the tab.
If you use Klimby’s microphone, your browser’s own speech service turns what you say into text (in Chrome that is Google, in Safari it is Apple). We only ever receive the text, and only when the question needs an AI answer. Reading answers aloud uses your device’s own voices and sends nothing anywhere; Klimby remembers whether you turned it on, in this browser only.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about Klimbiq's services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
4. Form Submissions
Our website forms are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com). When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to Web3Forms and forwarded to us by email. Please refer to Web3Forms' privacy policy at web3forms.com for details on how they handle your data.
5. Email Communication
If you contact us by email, we retain your email to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
6. Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services:
- Web3Forms — form processing
- Google Fonts — website typefaces (your browser loads them from Google)
- Zoho Bookings — appointment scheduling
- WhatsApp — optional messaging
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security
- Anthropic (Claude) — answers the free AI check (only the trade and city you type are sent to it) and writes Klimby’s AI answers (only your question, the last few messages of the chat and the page you are on)
- Your browser’s speech service (Google in Chrome, Apple in Safari) — only if you use Klimby’s microphone
7. Data Retention
We retain form submission data for 12 months. Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@klimbiq.com.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
